I ordered via Skip, received chicken pad thai, instead of veg pad thai! Send feedback, restaurant did not bother to offer refund or replacement!
Generous portions for great price! Will come back more often!
I thought it was pretty decent. Talk about pretentious, entitled ppl in the comments. Maybe some of you folks should try something that isn’t a franchise, Thai restaurant. It is what it is for the price and I personally liked the pad Thai!
Presentation, taste & experience was beyond our expectations. Would definitely go back!
I like that this place is convenient and on ritual! It’s ok for cheap Thai food.
Not a fan. Could not stand the Pad Thai. Way too much sauce and just tasted gross. Overpowering flavour tasted like ketchup on greasy rice noodles. The sticky rice pudding was different, probably authentic but did not like the overpowering mix of flavours (system overload of citrus, sugar, coconut, mango, raisins, nutmeg, basil?? etc)
They don't know how to speak with a guy, misbehaved with an indian guy.
Ordered the chicken basil. There was hardly any chicken. I asked for extra spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. The vegetables were under cooked.
Giving poor rating for the issues i faced with an order. I placed an order by mistake as Ubereats defaulted my location to toronto even though when i was in Vancouver. I immediately called Ubereats and they called the restaurant and the restaurant mentioned that my order was already prepared. I don't buy that an order can be ready within 5 minutes! So i have to sleep hungry and i got billed 20 plus dollars. Great.
The cook told my friend that,"He almost cancel my reservation because he did not like my behaviour". When in fact, I was explaining to the cook how serious my low-sodium dietary restriction is to my health condition. The cook felt that he could not accommodate me, therefore; he almost refuse my reservation. In the end, he finally was able to accommodate my diet. Businesses should be based on truthfulness and not negative talks to others.
Ordered chicken pad Thai. The sauce tasted like straight ketchup. It was mostly tofu, hardly any chicken.
Great food big portion for the price. Loved every bite of the samosas! I did not only ordered multiple dishes I brought some extra for home, cause I just couldn’t have enough of it.
I love this place. The fried tofu is amazing and so are the wings. The pad Thai is also consistently excellent. Only complaint I have is about the packaging. Still using old styrofoam and plastic containers.
I lost control in this restaurant. The food was so tasty. Efficient and friendly service.
Good food, GREAT value, very quick and they never forget anything.
Got the Chicken Pad Thai delivered. Took slightly more than an hour to deliver, not too bad. Food was pretty good, although a little bit soggy because of delivery time I guess.Lots of complaints about non-delivery, or taking a long time. Suggestion: don't order online and pre-pay, instead pay at arrival.ALSO, 20% off for delivery!
I like their pad thai and green curry. They use coconut milk instead of cow milk which makes it more authentic than places that try to find ways to cut costs. Good portions and good for a quick take out meal
If you're willing to wait for around 45 minutes delivery, you're in for a treat. The curry pad thai and regular pad thai is out of this world. Perfect noodle thickness and usually enough leftovers for a second meal (unless you're really hungry).
Ordered at this location for the first time and it was fabulous! So sad they closed the Markham location!
Good and cheap food in the area. I enjoyed both dishes.
Delicious and generous portions! Will definitely come back! Thank you for the friendly service.
Ordered from Skip the Dishes, it was quick and food was delicious & hot. Would come back for sure
Curry was delicious, rice was too little need atleast 2 cups of rice to enjoy the curry. The waitress with red hair moves like a turtle. I was the first ask for assistance instead she took care with 2 more customers after me that entered the restaurant. By the time I got another cup of rice, my curry was cold.
Mango sticky rice was horrible. I don’t understand how they could go so wrong with it.Tofu in the Red curry was so hard. And the curry itself had almost zero flavor. I’m not one to write reviews unless im extremely happy or sad with an order. So imagine how bad this is. Would not recommend this place at all.
Very slow service waiting 1 hour
Great place!! I tried the curry pad Thai and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and the portions are huge.
Unprofessional staff always long waiting for pick up.naver order again
Pretty good Thai spot on King St. Staff is very friendly and are always there to help with anything. Food is flavourful and portions are very generous. Would definitely go again.
I ordered through Doordash... everything was amazing she comes to taste and flavour ... but ordered curry pad Thai and got dry one which was more of bloated pasta .... trying to add some photo graph of pad Thai but goodie won’t let me I do have pic of delivery box and my container
yummy Thai food....
Food was great - we cleaned our plates (tofu red curry and pad Thai). My sister was really happy with the food. The server was so polite, nice, well spoken, and efficient. Grabbed take out at the end of the meal for my bf. They were super fast in preparing it. Not only that, they currently have discounts for take out! Strongly suggest grabbing takeout from here for anyone in the area. Good prices and good food 👌
Very friendly and professional staff. I have ordered for delivery many times. Today, I came for dine in and enjoyed it even more! Thank you Thaioneon team!
If I could give a negative rating I would. I've never had food so bad in my life. The curry pad Thai was a thick, soggy tomato sauce. They should be ashamed
Always fresh food and friendly service. A great spot for date night. Extensive selection of classic Thai dishes and good wine too! Highly recommend.
I always do pick up because I live right beside the restaurant. Food is always on point! And staff is always nice to me :) the Thai fried rice is amazing, I get it every time
The food and service are both excellent. I come here regularly.
Ordered off the lunch menu which is supposed to come with either a spring roll/salad with the rice and dish .... first he didn’t ask me and then he just excluded it into my order. Spicy eggplant was pretty good, minus the excess oil and sauce it was drowning in.Also, no hot sauce was given which would’ve been nice.I’ve had takeout from here a few times and this was one of the worst.
Ordered through Foodora. First of all, paid extra to add chicken. It arrived with literally no chicken and tofu in it.. i got like 3-4 tiny cubes of tofu in a sea of glass noodles with 2 small strips of chicken added. As well, said it came with fried egg and there was NO egg??? Also shouldve read the reviews because its actually so true that the sauce tastes like its basically just ketchup. Probably the worst pad-thai in Toronto. Wont order again from here.
A thai restaurant but the vibe of the restaurant is different. Pad thai was a bit disappointing.
Great food reasonable price, clean
Very friendly staff and good food
Great food, even better people.
DO NOT COME HERE! Takes 10 hours to make the food and it’s horrible.
Sorry, by far some of the worst food I’ve eaten from a restaurant. Pad Thai and Curry were like slopping in an overly sweet ketchup-like sauce and just soggy and runny. The cold spring rolls were by far the worst thing I’ve ever paid for from a restaurant. Limp past due lettuce poorly rolled inside a stale rice wrap literally soaking in wetness. It was like they had been sitting in a fridge for days or something. Absolutely the worst.
I ordered the fresh rolls and the green curry chicken. Both dishes were awful. The fresh rolls were literally inedible. They were hard, the sauce was repulsive, and the roll didn't stay together. They went right into the compost! The green curry was just as bad, the bamboo shoots were sharp and literally raw, the vegetables were overcooked. I usually get this dish from a local place that was closed on Mondays, I certainly learned my lesson.
The fried rice was awesome the first time so I ordered a second time. They definitely have different chefs because the second time the food looked and tasted so much different. I won't order from here again. The pad thai is so sweet it tastes like it was made with ketchup.
The food at this location is tasty, however the pricing of food is slightly inflated compared to other locations. They offered a 20% off "grand opening" coupon but that makes no difference if the prices are inflated by 20%. The beef devil was soggy. It's supposed to their version of crispy beef so I was very disappointed.
Had the pad Thai (chicken) and Thai rolls. portions were good however the rolls were likely from frozen and the pad Thai was heavily leaning on tomato flavoring closely resembling ketchup. Ritual pick up was prompt and all items accounted for so that was well done.
Last time ordering from this place. Absolutely no consistency with food portions or taste and they can't even manage a simple order request. Just got my meal and its missing what I asked them to put. Very disappointed.
Great spot for Thai take away. The staff is friendly and they have late night hours for those late night cravings. They also offer a discount on pickup orders, or do delivery through pretty much all the regular delivery options/apps. There are two locations within Toronto (king West and the junction)
